In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarised authorisation signed by the absent parent, along with a notarised copy of that parent's ID. Only one child will be permitted per room. Children 6 years or older will be considered adults. Parking is available for BRL 55 per night for cars and BRL 45 per night for motorcycles. The maximum vehicle size for parking at this property is as follows: Length: 5 metres Width: 2 metres Height: 1.8 metres Larger vehicles cannot park here. Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of BRL 75 per pet per night. Please note that a maximum of 2 pets is allowed per booking.
