This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please be advised that Watermark will be undergoing renovations to our main lobby, pool entrance foyer and all stairwells. This renovation project will commence on February 15th, 2022. The work will be occurring daily from 9am to 5pm predominately with some non-noisy work occurring pre/post these hours. The renovations will include but not limited to tile floor replacement, new paint, wallpaper, carpet and an overall refresh of the front desk and lobby fireplace. As you can appreciate, this process will involve a degree of increased noise in these areas. This also means that the current lobby/front desk will be closed off and relocated to the Conference Centre on the second floor of the resort and on Main Street as there will be no access to the old lobby, externally and internally. Access to the new temporary lobby will be from the 2nd floor guest hallways located half way down the hallway.
