It was better than expected. No A/C in summer was a bummer but the room was well kept and the check in was received earlier than expected which nice on such a warm day walking with bags.

Well-maintained hotel that is well placed for anything you want to do in Kõln. I have stayed here a couple of times and it will the first place I try to book into on the next visit

Perfect for a few nights stay. Bed was comfortable, room was clean. More like an Airbnb as you check yourself in but this suited me fine.
We didn’t receive the code to check in until 1 hour before check in time, which was completely fine, but think the listing should be updated to explain this so there is no confusion.

Careful – for me this is clear fraud!
I booked my room on time from 08.–11.09.2025, paid in full and even checked in online. On the phone I was explicitly confirmed beforehand: “Late check-in is possible at any time.”
Nevertheless, my reservation was simply cancelled without any information and my room was allocated elsewhere.
No e-mail.
No phone call.
No clue.
No substitute accommodation.
The result: I stood in the middle of Cologne, homeless after a long day of fairs, in front of closed doors, even though I had paid and confirmed everything correctly.
To be honest: This is no longer a misunderstanding for me, but a clear fraud on the paying guest.
⚠️ Conclusion: Finger weg! Those who book here must expect to be in the rain at any time, despite payment and confirmation.

Lousy.
It's not a hotel, it's an Airbnb. You pick it up in a box to the right of the door.
Wifi works whenever you want. You can still go two hours without him.
The water pressure in bliss and tap works no better than wifi, also when you feel like it. You may have to shower with a splash.
And the decor is from the late sixties.
It's a 20-minute walk from the cathedral, to say the least.
