The reservations with boarding houses for lunch and dinner on December 24, 25 and 31 and January 1, must contact the property as it will have special menus. We remind you that according to Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October, everyone over the age of 14 must identify themselves upon arrival at the hotel. Spanish guests: Valid documents are DNI or Passport. Foreign guests from the European Community: Passport, National ID of an EU member country, Spanish residence permit or residence permit from another EU member state. Foreign guests: Passport Guests are required to show a valid ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Persons under 18 years of age can only stay if accompanied by one of their parents or legal guardians. Please inform Cullera Holiday in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details provided in your confirmation. Check-in time: 16:00. If you arrive before this time and the room is available, you may use it. If it is not available, you may use the luggage service and any other hotel services. Check-out time: 12:00. Please enquire at our reception about the possibility of extending your stay, subject to a supplement (depending on availability). You may use the gym or pool showers and the luggage service if you wish to extend your stay at the beach. Please note that our meal and dinner services do not include drinks. Additionally, during low season, pension services may be a served menu or buffet, depending on hotel occupancy. Reservations of more than 5 rooms may be subject to different conditions and supplements. We remind you that according to Law 07/2021 of 9 July 2021, cash payments for amounts equal to or greater than €1000 or the equivalent in foreign currency are not permitted. The hotel has a seasonal outdoor swimming pool (please check with the hotel for opening periods).
