This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that all guests are required to present a valid ID upon check-in, in compliance with UAE law. Original passports, UAE Emirates IDs, and GCC IDs are accepted. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card. JA Resorts & Hotels will send a payment link to the registered email address, depending on the cancellation policy of the booking, to fill in the credit card details for advance payment. Guests are requested to validate their credit card and make payment through the payment link received from the hotel. Please be informed that the water park has height restrictions for children for safety purposes. Minimum height: 100cm. All children between 100cm and 120cm must be supervised by an adult. Please note that outside food and drinks are strictly not permitted within JA The Resort premises, with the only exception of baby food. Please inform the property in advance of your expected arrival time.
