ruined experience
not the best experience considering i had a $350 voucher i sent them a week prior to arrival only to find the whole amount charged to my card and not refunded until the next week
poor experience ruined the whole rest of the trip considering they take the money straight away but cant refund straight away

This hotel is nice. We stayed in a basic room. There is no housekeeping service for the time we stayed which was 3 nights. The little freezer compartment was iced over and we couldn’t fit anything in it. So we got no new towels or amenities for 3 days.
When we came to check out at 9 am when the office opened the man at the desk said the credit card machine wouldn’t be online for 15mins. We needed to go so we left credit card details to be charged, a different card from the original deposit card. Today we find the original card has been charged and for the full amount, even though a one third deposit was paid. I found the staff member on the desk to be quite flippant when dealing with him and didn’t seem to care much. If the credit card machine isn’t online for 15 minutes then turn it on 15 min before you open up at 9am.

I wouldn't rate the overall accommodation and amenities as 4 star accommodation.

Great location for exploring region
Had a great stay at Seashells Yallingup. The location is excellent for exploring Cape Naturaliste and the many wineries around the Yallingup region. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, with plenty of parking available on-site. Best of all, having the Caves Hotel right next door made it easy to pop over for a drink and unwind after a day of exploring. A convenient and relaxing base for the area.
