Set in Sevan, Cascade Resort Sevan has a garden, a terrace and a restaurant. There is an outdoor pool and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. Selected rooms also offer a kitchen with a fridge and a stovetop.

It's not a place for relaxing or family vacations.
We went with our daughter, two girls, rest easy, lie in the sun, admire the lake.
Two nights booked. As a result, they left on the same day (which we were urged to do, because they prevented the "cultural rest" (asking us to turn down the yelling "music" at least a little bit) to other guests, or rather offered two options: join a drunken company, or - not to be disturbed by silly requests to make the yelling at all from the slave column - turn down).
What's it got to do with when we stopped by - asked about the music from the big speaker right across from our room - will it be so loud until nightfall? They told me it was whatever you wanted.
Set up next to the pool. The room was just unbearable with the windows closed, like this column above my ear. By the pool, I, personally, also took 15 minutes, got a headache. She asked me to turn it down. Not happy, but they did. A little. They went away with their daughter for a bite to eat and a little quiet time, came back - the company is already insane. The music is back on full. Evening... people having fun are already basically in a weak state of mind, you can see that. They asked me again - at least keep it down. To which we (employee, manager, owner?) were mockingly asked to join in drinking and "having fun" or to move out and not disturb others. Since it's normal, until 11 p.m. people are in their right to rest however they want without regard to others, and soon another company will join. And in fact, our room is by the pool (we didn't choose). They should be prepared for the "girls screaming" and the squeals of children (there were, I can't imagine parents who would allow themselves to drag children into this kind of thing even for the sake of a swimming pool).
It was clear that by 23 it would not all be over, judging by the condition and condition of the "holidaymakers".
The people we met on arrival drank with the guests.
We decided to leave. It was not our “celebration of life” and it was not clear how, in principle, in houses with “cardboard” door and drunk people who started in the morning would behave...

The hotel itself.
Relatively new.
We were put in a tiny room without the refrigerator, stove, kettle, as described). Especially air conditioning.
Broken toilet (sitting room) and lock in bathroom (apparently, fun there is constant).
On the grid windows, plus. Opening windows for the above reasons is impossible, minus. Closed ones don't save, though.
The white bed and towels are stained with creepy stains. The question arose as to whether the bed linen was changed in principle.
The rest is relatively clean.
The pool is quite large, the water is very cold. I don't think it's warmer than Sevan.
It is impossible to be long - for the reason described above: drunk and smoking (naturally) people, powerful column with slave to the full power.
It is more or less acceptable only if in the family room - it is on higher ground. It'll be loud, but not that loud.
There were no great claims and expectations for the hotel, the amenities (although without, at least a tiny, fridge in the heat of the room - bad and the kettle). We would have stayed. But in this company, and to such sounds without interruption, and such a dismissive and humiliating attitude, it is unrealistic.
There was no suggestion to change at least the number, because the column was big with the speaker, again, standing exactly opposite ours. Settling us even a little away from the pool (I imagine what was supposed to happen at night there if we stayed).
“Compensation for inconvenience” and “offer to resolve the issue” - go get drunk with the others. Or “get out and don’t disturb others’ rest.”
The cat (one of the reasons for choosing the location is "pet friends") sat cluttered with sounds under the bed the whole time.
About going to the beach.. we came to see, there are all houses, mangalas, a huge number of people, so it is better not to count on the "beach" across the street.
On the way, as the daughter was very upset, they stopped by the hotel they were at last year, nearby. Older, no pool. Cozy, calm, lots of people, kids, the manager who met us adequately. The music is at normal volume, even from different houses, children having fun, if drinking - then quietly in/near the houses people...Unfortunately there were no places for these two nights. Thought last year that the place was "so bad," made sure in contrast that it was wonderful and we had a wonderful time.
It's a warning.
The mood and the rest of the vacation are absolutely ruined.
In the night, they returned to Yerevan with shattered nerves and tears. Which I don't wish on others.
With the kids in this place, you don't have to.
If you expect to rest easy and sleep, so do you.
