Good business hotel close to the RPA Hospital
Nice size room with everything you need. Comfortable bed and no noise issues. Good room service and they graciously let me check in early. Easy Uber into the CBD approx $20. Plenty of excellent cafes close and close 5mins walk to the RPA Hospital with special hospital rates.

This was the first time I have stayed here , location was good, I didn’t have breakfast but did have coffee which was great.
I was surprised when I asked reception if I could buy water on the premises, (it was 8.15) he said no we don’t have water, considering there is a restaurant thought maybe he could have given me a glass of water, …maybe bottled water in room or filtered water in reception could be considered, I would be happy to pay, it’s not like there was a convenience store close by.

Basic hotel, not good value for money.
It was a nightmare booking through EVT and loyalty status was not really acknowledged. The bar is not open on evenings on Saturdays so no welcome drinks there.
Room is basic but functional, comfortable beds. We had to move from the first room we got as the shower would not drain properly.
There did not seem to be enough staff for the buffet breakfast, which was fairly simple. There were nice touches though like food being replenished in the last hour, perfectly boiled eggs, and freshly baked croissants. However, couldn’t find cold water.
Room is basic but functional, comfortable beds. We had to move from the first room we got as the shower would not drain properly.

The towels and face washers are extremely old and discoloures ..
Check in wasn't the best.... Because I booked through Hotel.com 3 other groups of guests have priority over us to get their rooms ...we were made to wait for over half an hour for our room
