The location is good, but the cost is bad.
There was no front desk or reception, and I never saw the staff. On the day of your stay, you will only receive an e-mail with the building entrance and room unlock numbers, and there will be no further contact. I wanted to ask him to leave my luggage, but he never responded to my email. The facility consists only of the second floor of the old building, and there is a common space by going up the stairs from a narrow hallway on the first floor. I stayed in the Queen Room, but the room was very small, there was no desk for things, and the bin was extremely small. The windows face the main street in front of it and the traffic is quite noisy. Although the shower room is dedicated, it is very inconvenient because you have to go out into the hallway once and the room is auto-locked (locked with numbers). Breakfast was included, but there was only bread and cereal in the common space, and there was jam but no replenishment, and no butter. It's not like you could say "breakfast included." It's easy to see, with Woolworths in the basement of the building next door, cheap Chinese restaurants a few doors away and plenty of shops and restaurants around. The location is good, with just over a 5-minute walk to the port, about a 10-minute walk to the information centre and a 10-minute bus stop for Launceston. Cospa is not good, and I can't recommend it.

We were unsure if we were the only ones staying in our room as there was a bunkbed in our room (along with a king size bed). I asked the owner via expedia messaging and didnt get a response until after we left.
