Great location to larger Westfield shopping centre if needed, excellent cafe just around the corner, onsite parking at additional cost.

No one at reception, incorrect detail for retrieving door keys. Wasn't made aware parking was additional. Room was not attended to.

Having to stream the tv through the phone is too complicated for an older person not good with technology. Having a normal tv set up would be better. Also there is virtually no parking nearby to pick up guests without walking

Terrible service - hidden costs
Would gave to be the worst service our family has ever experienced. Poor english with all 3 receptionists, hidden costs not outlined upon booking and 5 nights and not one cleaning service performed.
