Dirty, staff is inadequate, smells badly. never go there!

Uncatered stay
Very substandard aparthotel walls full of mold so not very healthy to have to stay there. Price is low but the maintenance of these rooms is also something that leaves far the wishes! 1 night was actually too much to stay there

Hope you will solve the problem.
The hotel is in a very good location, but there is a serious problem with a very annoying noise from the outdoor unit of one of the air conditioners, which is heard 24 hours a day.
Sorry, but it's important to be quite enough for all the guests. Actually, I was there 3 times and there's the same problem.

Nightmare experience
The place is not as they show in the picture, the cleanliness leaves much to be desired, the exterior appearance of the building is very dilapidated. The apartment is not equipped with dishes or pots. For the price paid ,400€ for five days and decidedly inappropriate. It is not downtown as stated by them and in the evening you have to cross a park dimly lit by thrills.
They do not change linen, the bathroom has a shower with hole in the center of the floor and after a shower and practically unusable. There was also kit first reception.
I also do not Recommendation to those who are used to living on the edge.
Bad experience, not counting the coldness of the staff. A Hostel would have been more appreciable.

Very disappointing.
I have never been more disappointed in a service - to be precise, I am utterly dissatisfied with the way my reservation was handled. I am sorry to say this, but the incident left me with the impression that these people are very unprofessional and even rude.
For those who are interested, this is a detailed account of the events which led to my frustration and emotional distress over the holidays:
A group of friends and I wanted to great the New Year together but needed a larger space to do so. Therefore, we decided to rent two of Victory Apartments for the night - two, because we wanted there to be enough space for us to go to sleep later in the night, and not have to travel home. We reserved the apartmentS on the 28.11.2018. After that, I called the property to make sure everything was in order and that there would indeed be space for us. I also wrote to them. On 15 Dec they charged my card with 244 BGN - the amount for both apartments, which isn't that small for the average Bulgarian. On 29 Dec - TWO DAYS BEFORE THE NEW YEAR, when it is virtually impossible to make other arrangements, especially for a large group, I received a call from the property letting me know that there was a "SMALL" mistake and one of the apartments would not be available. Very unprofessional and not very pleasant for us, but still manageable, as some of us would just have to go home some time after the New Year.
However, what followed was what put the cherry on top of the cake:
I decided to ask if they could refund the money for the unsuccessfully reserved apartment in cash, as I knew a bank transfer would take some time. They said it wouldn't be possible, which was O. K. And then the their receptionist said something which infuriated me: "Normally, it wouldn't be possible for you to celebrate the New Year here, but in this case we will make an exception". Unfortunately, she didn't let me ask what exactly this entailed - we had checked if we weren't allowed to bring food or drinks, but there was no such requirement... Furthermore, there is no restaurant on the property and the apartments are equipped with a kitchen. The worst we did was that we played music and some of us smoked on the balcony, as it was not allowed in the apartment. We left the place in a good condition, taking out most of our trash. So, what exactly they were going to forbid us from doing and, moreover, WHEN THEY WERE PLANNING TO TELL US - perhaps on the 31 Dec when we arrived - is beyond me!!! Not only that but it seemed that our neighbors were perfectly happy celebrating - they even had fireworks. They absolutely did not make up for their "SMALL" mistake, which I assume was the idea, but they also ended up making me even more frustrated with how ignorant and disrespectful that seemed!!! In the end, it's absurd to expect me to be satisfied after making the holidays an extremely frustrating time.
Moreover, the apartment was reasonably nice and clean, however, the radiator valve was leaking, the bedroom AND bathroom doors didn't close properly, and there were candy wrappers left in the bedroom!
