We were delayed checking in, but the late night receptionist patiently waited for us to arrive.
The hotel was a little difficult to spot, as it has a rather small and discrete facade (especially difficult night-time).
Parking was in a quite narrow space, but right outside the hotel entrance.
The room was in a classic dark brown style, but very nice and clean. Our double room had bathroom, bedroom and a small living room with a tiny TV. The AC was vey comfortable and efficient.

Central West Hotel thank you for everything

I had an amazing time here. Emma, the manager, was warm and welcoming. she helped me called the local bank to report the ATM that took my debit card, call the tour to Rila monastery to figure out logistics for me. I decided to stay an extra day to enjoy the city. Thank you again for the wonderful service and location. The hotel is next to a local small farmer market, easy to go to the center via subway and tram. Higy recommend.
