Such a nice and cozy place and the rooftop was amazing the staff was friendly and welcoming I would love to see you again soon

The breakfast needs to be improved so the value for money is the right one. At the moment is very poor with only few food choices, no fruits and few vegetables.

Hotel was clean staff were amazing tram directly outside of hotel to get into city
Only issue was rooftop was out of use two of the 3 nights due to private functions which was frustrating as wanted to use after a day of walking round the city.
Probably a good idea to check before booking non private events on which limit you use of rooftop bar/pool area.
Advise hotel to have a sign at reception letting people know to avoid going to rooftop to be turned away

Terrible
We say, "What have we been through?"
I would never recommend it.
When we arrived, they demanded excessive money, and when we asked why and expressed our surprise, they swore at us in English.
Their behavior is terrible.
The room cards never work; we've had to replace them 3-4 times.
We paid 9,000 TL and there wasn't even water in the room.
Breakfast wasn't breakfast, there weren't even any eggs.
No parking available.
We got burned, don't let yourselves get burned too.
