Legends Hotel is situated within 300 metres from James Boucher Metro Station, and a 5-minute drive to the National Palace of Culture and Vitosha Boulevard in Sofia.

Nice place just no AC rooms were Hot and uncomfortable. Windows were open but street noise too great. Also used pay at hotel and rate jumped 80 euros or booking price

Not a good experience
This hotel is not a 4-star property in my opinion, and I honestly do not understand how it received such a high Booking.com rating.
There was no air conditioning in the room, which meant there was no way to control the temperature. The hotel is located directly on a busy street, so opening the window at night was not a realistic option because of the noise.
We also had to change rooms because the bathroom in the first room was not clean. In addition, the internet on the 7th floor was very poor. I had an important Zoom call and was disconnected three times, which was extremely frustrating.
The experience at the front desk also did not help. The lady at reception was rude and unprofessional, which made the situation even more disappointing.
Overall, the experience did not meet the expectations of a 4-star hotel

Good hotel for business trip, shopping nearby, easy parking, no need to go to center of the city.

Well located and comfortable
Perfect location. Close to the Paradise Mall and other attractions. Easy to get a taxi if you need to go somewhere. Close to shops to buy food etc. make sure you try their hot chocolate at breakfast time and they can also borrow you an umbrella when needed if it rains and you have to go out. Very nice hotel and people.

Overall review based on my own experience
Three of us were on a business trip were accomodated in what I would call a family room but the third - kind of sofa bed was set up and honestly it was so comfortable.
Room was clean and comfortable, if a little warm.
Breakfast was plentiful in options and portions available. I was a little disappointed at the bread ( it was pretty hard, ) either due to the type or its staleness and the eggs, beans, mushroom and bacon section despite being in heatable stell containers, was just luke warm.
Otherwise, a very pleasant stay. I feel like i have moaned a bit but only about the things that really could be improved with awareness.
The staff were extremely helpful, polite and were happy to help wherever possible.
Locality was perfect for us. A 2 - to 5 minute walk either way to nice places to eat and to the Paradise center where our convention was held.
Local food restaurants were very good ( the one directly behind the hotel was found on our last night 'Morafett' that was lovely and another nearby up the street to the right of the entrance and first right - was a gorgeous little place with excellent service - just a bit too salty on the 2nd visit.
Metro and trams were really easy and inexpensive to navigate
Had a lovely trip!
