Yuexuan Chinese Restaurant, 1st Floor, InterContinental Beijing Beichen
The service and rooms are very good, the hotel itself is well located. But that Yuexiuxuan Chinese restaurant on the first floor is too bad, what other masters, waiters like blind or deaf, no sense of service, need to shout, and several shouts to react; the dish is so-called fusion dishes, but fusion does not mean you can do blind; I pay for tea, don't give me water storage; slow serving, I order first, even after other tables to serve first. The hotel is fine, but it's recommended that everyone take a lightning strike at this ground floor restaurant.

A hotel of very high standing
A very high standard hotel specially located for access to the National Stadium at the National Aquatic Centre in Beijing Olympic Park. Very nice comfortable rooms. The hotel’s Chinese restaurant offers quality dishes. But ke breakfast is not very varied, not bad but not excellent.
I stayed there in October 2023 and I’m staying again this month with the Beijing Longines Masters at Bird’s Nest.

My daughter & I had an absolutely fantastic time at the very beautiful Intercontinental Beijing Beichen. We spent 9 nights there, the hotel itself was gorgeous and felt so luxurious. Also, the staff were so friendly & helpful. Breakfast has a wide range of options from pancakes, pastries & cereal to a tasty Chinese breakfast. The pool area was really lovely and relaxing with a great view, particularly in the evening. This is the perfect hotel to explore the Olympic Park from, and we also took a reasonably priced taxi to Universal Studios from here. We loved the Intercontinental so much that we’re already planning our next visit! Highly recommended!
