If the minor does not travel in the company of his parents, it will be indispensable that the responsible adult delivers at the reception, in addition to the identification document of the minor, the permission of the parents with personal presentation before a notary public, together with the copy of the identification document of those who gave the authorization. Without this documentation, minors will not be allowed in the hotel. The Lobby and the restaurant are being refurbished, there will be alternate spaces where the services of these two places will be provided. Pets are welcome for an additional fee of $130,000 COP per night. Dogs and cats are welcome. One per room (up to 13 kg). Pets cannot be left unattended. Select rooms only; restrictions apply.
