Nice and clean room
We spent a few days in palma apartments room and it was good experience the room was small but clean and we had parking just under the window. The room is situated on Poljicka cesta which means very good position.

Good apartment
This place is really nice. It is situated above the city but it is just a short walk to the city. The standard of the apartment is great. The view is lovely and it is a attractive communitie. Aircondition ia a plus

Great stay in rooms Palma. Made our time in split very enjoyable
The apartments are located in an amazing spot, just on the edge of the old town. It is far enough away though so that it was quiet at night but still easy 5mins walking distance to everything. Rooms were clean and well presented. Only thing to say would be that the hot water was only lasting for 10mins in our apartment. However we informed the owner who thanked us and the plumber was called straight away. Owner very helpful and gave us advice on things to see and do. Laundry service located on same street which is very cheap and convenient. Made our stay in split extremely enjoyable and would recommend to anyone.

authentic and cosy stay in Dalmatian apartment
This apartment is not located in a building with a reception. It’s really an apartment without any services like breakfast. We read several negative comments about these kind of accommodations (that suddenly the apartment is located in another place in town, that the owners were not on time to hand out the keys, etc.) so we were a bit afraid to take an accommodation like this. But no need to worry. Exactly at the spoken time the person was there to hand out the keys. The same for the check-out, at exactly the spoke time, she arrived. The apartment is located in a little street and set up like a real Dalmatian house. It was the intention of the owner to offer this real local Dalmatian atmosphere. It’s located a 5 minute walk from the city center of Split. The apartment was not super big, but really cosy, clean and authentic. Airco is available. Also free WiFi is included, although the connection isn’t really stable (loss of connection). There is no private parking available, although you can park for free in the street. Pay attention, streets are very narrow and it’s not always easy to find a parking place with a bigger car. We arrived 2-3 hours too early for the check-in but the lady arranged our apartment without any negative remarks and we weren’t charged for the early check-in. The welcome was warm and very friendly. The lady left her phone number so we could always call her for any questions. She also offered her parking place so we could park almost next doors. One little tip: they should have put an extra toilet paper role and offered a city map. Conclusion: we definitely recommend this authentic, charming apartment with a very kind and welcoming host.

Excellent comfortable room, although in quiet, suburban area of Split
We stayed at Split By Apartmets for one night and enjoyed our stay. The apartments are very modern and clean and have their own kitchen facilities if you wanted to prepare your own dinner or breakfast. The owners were very welcoming. Two negatives though:
1) The apartments are a reasonable walk from the main town centre, in a very quiet suburban area - nothing wrong or unsafe about this, but it is a 10-15 min walk from the main centre;
2) noise between rooms. There are two rooms at Split By - one on top of the other. We stayed on the top floor so didn't have any problems with noise, however the couple staying in the bottom floor complained that they could hear every footstep, word and television sounds from our apartment despite our efforts to be as quiet as possible.
