The room was very clean, bed sheets, towels etc. The housekeeping cleaned our room daily. The receptionists were so helpful and kind all the time. I'd like to mention their names: Gordana, Lorena, Ivana and Marija. They answered all my questions and adviced me about the city. The location of the hotel is very good. Everywhere is closed on Sundays except the Joker shopping mall where is only 5 minutes to walk. It's also 25 minutes to walk to the old town and Riva. I asked for airport pick up which made my beginning very easy.I highly recommend this hotel.

Good for one night
Overall, a comfortable hotel, of medium level, with decent rooms and bathrooms (the bathroom lacked basic cosmetic products).
Good breakfast and kind staff.
Convenient free parking.

Very nice hotel just outside the city the breakfast was excellent and the staff very friendly i really liked this place

Good hotel but away from the center
The hotel is very good although very far from the center so much so I had to take taxi every day although the taxi is very cheap at a rate of 7 or 9 euros the Uber ride. walking you can reach the center but it is 40 minutes. the hotel does not have elevator which is the bad thing if you have heavy bags.
