Hard to find
It was very difficult to locate the place even with the directions of the person I contacted. I would have liked a more personalized treatment. The room had all the amenities. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Very clean everything.

Very difficult to find, 3 floors up and no help
I chose this because it comes up as a hotel when you filter rentals but it is an apartment on the third floor with no elevator and no help. Most reviews say how hard it is to find and how hard it is to carry luggage up 3 floors. Multiply all those reviews by 10. It's extremely difficult to find and to top it off they use remote check in, so you are constantly trying to get the person to clarify their instructions thru a text. Despite all that I did finally get checked in but when I asked for the persons name to put in my review they told me to leave the property. At 11pm. Then they lied to booking.com and said that I cancelled. That way they could refuse a refund. Booking.com was no help either, when I called and gave them my confirmation number and pin they would repeatedly hang up. This was over different days and different phone calls. Everywhere else that I stayed in croatia was wonderful. My travel advice? Skip the headache, stay someplace reputable.

Nice stay
The apartments as clean and well furnished, a good location in the heart of split. And in a historical building.
Highly recommended if you’re spending few days in split.
The check in and checkout were smooth and the owner friendly . The terrace is good for drinks too!

A great place to stay in Split
What a great place to stay. So incredibly clean, brilliantly furnished and the perfect location in Split. Totally exceeded our expectations. Great value for money.
Ante was so cheerful, responsive and helpful: a perfect host....he even carried luggage up to the apartment!
Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Split.
