The hotel is completely new, so there isn't much to criticize. It is clean, modern, and everything was excellent. The staff were friendly, the location was convenient (about an 8–10 minute walk to Riva), the rooms were comfortable, and the lobby bar was a nice addition.
Cheap parking on the street. Only 12 Euro for 24h.
The only minor issue was finding the hotel. There was no visible name or sign on the building, which made it a bit difficult to locate.
So thumbs up from me.

I booked this property on an Airbnb. Margot was very quick in responding to us but did not solve any of the issues
Location was great rooms were very clean and modern. we had lots of issues with the plumbing the toilet not flushing had to get it fixed twice. The water was cold in the showers I feel very disappointed. We had lots of issues. Our apartment was advertised to have the following a kitchenette microwave coffee maker and safe there was no crockery no glasses no culture no hob no microwave no bedding for one of the beds. The safe was still in its plastic cover not fixed to anything and the fridge didn’t work. staff were not very helpful.

Les deux personnes Ukrainiennes de l’accueil sont adorables et toujours à l’écoute
Nous avons eu des petits soucis ils ont réglé rapidement les problèmes
Par contre leur collègue et particulièrement désagréable je sais pas si c’est le fait que nous somme deux amis homme ! Depuis notre arrivé ils et particulièrement désagréable !!
