Amazing loved it.
Host was amazing and friendly, let us check into are room 3 hours early, room was clean tidy and had everything we needed even extra such as salt and pepper . Room was in a perfect location next to the harbour and close to the clubs/restraunts.

Charming, Convenient and Comfortable
We leave on a sailing trip tomorrow after a two-day stay at Villa Split Art. We could not be happier with our accommodations here. The apartment is large and well-appointed and very comfortable. It appears to have been recently renovated or restored and is charming. Tatijana has been most helpful including meeting our taxi yesterday when we arrived, giving us directions to the supermarket, etc. and recommending several really wonderful restaurants. The apartment is very conveniently located within steps of Diocletian’s Palace, the main part of old Split and the harbor. And it is very, very quiet. We are so happy we found it and recommend it highly.

Great location
This property is close to amenities, the old town and sea front and only 15-20 minutes to the beach. Very friendly owner and nice accommodation. If you have mobility issues or difficulty with stairs this accommodation is not for you, as the stairs are quite difficult with no hand rails and no lift available.

Beautiful and friendly
We stayed in the pistachio apartment for one week and it was beautiful and perfect. Certainly big enough for two and with a lovely balcony to have breakfast on. The bed was a bit soft for my liking but I guess that is personal preference.
The apartment building itself is in walking distance to the old town and some of the city beaches. The host Tatjana is super nice and had many many good tips for what sights to see and where to go for good Dalmatian food.
We enjoyed our stay a lot and will certaibly miss ''our'' little apartment in the heart of Split.
Just note, that when you arrive by car that the road is very narrow in this district made of old traditional buildings and that parking seems to be quite the hassle. We found no need for a rental car as everything in Split is in walking distance to the apartments and the ferry harbour and bus station are close by as well if you plan for daytrips to the islands or to a town outside Split.

Great location
I have stay in villa split art in 2 type of room. The 1st one was rose room which very small but im only there for 1 night so i dont mind the 2nd room was the white room i just love this one the room was huge with kitchen and seperate bedroom. Toilet were a bit smelly from the drain but its ok once i turn the fan on. The hotel was right next to the old town only cross the road. The owner were really helpful. The road were very small if u having a car.
