They do wish to have happy clients
This hotel suits to visitors who like to discover the center of the city of Ostrava. The tram stop is nearby and it is only few stops to get to the railway station. Although the Stodolni street is famous for its bars and restaurants the music and voices we heard were only pleasant ones. Breakfast served was really nice, rooms clean and warm, all members of the crew really pleasant.

Very nice hotel in center of Ostrava
We chose this hotel because it is located in the center of Ostrava, which was very convenient for us. We were extremely satisfied. All the receptionists are very nice. I can't complain. We had a room on the 4th floor with windows on the other side of Stodolní. We were in the hotel during the weekend and we were not disturbed by anything or anyone. The room was cleaned daily, for which we thank the maid. The breakfasts were great, everyone could choose the food that suited them best.

Avoid this place
Just book another hotel. It’s not worth the gamble.
The other reviews stating how loud this place and how rude the staff can be are accurate.
The shower was ok, the beds were bearable - but that is about all I can say which is nice for this place.
The room was not very clean, the noise makes it impossible to sleep and they try to charge you for earplugs. All round terrible

Good location, nice bedroom
New building located near the night life / clubs neighbourhood (but not noisy); room was spacious and clean, regular size bed with good mattress. The place is near the regional trains' stop Stodolni and not very far away from the city centre.
Breakfast was OK, free WiFi worked, rooms windows opened, there were available power sockets to charge electronic devices. But breakfast could be improved.
Entrance for elderly people can be a problem (one has to climb around 10 steps to the front-desk and lift access area).

Comfortable hotel in good location
Comfortable hotel in a good location, the staff are very friendly and helpful.
Rooms could do with upgrading & maintenance and if staying at the weekend be aware this is on the main bar street. Breakfast was of a mixed standard.
