The best view in Prague

This appartment was in a location ideal to explore Prague. The appartment it self had everything you need plus the extras you don't expect like a coffee machine, washing machine and dishwasher. The beds were very comfortable and the cleaning was of a high standard. The high light was the view of the Vatlava River, we were fortunate to be on the 6th floor, so had exceptional views. I really recommend staying in one of their appartments.

Bed bugs - avoid at all costs.

I will keep it short: bed bugs in 2 out of 3 apartments.
Avoid. We left after 15 hours on site. Instead of 5 days, they refuse to refund.
Absolutely avoid.

Guests don’t matter

I am incredibly disappointed with this hotel’s lack of basic customer service and empathy. I booked a room months in advance, but due to travel disruptions and flight cancellations caused by the conflict in the Middle East, I had to alter my plans.
I contacted the hotel more than three months in advance to request a date change or cancellation. Despite the massive notice—which gave them plenty of time to rebook the room—management flatly refused to consider any flexibility.
While I understand businesses have policies, their total refusal to accommodate a guest during a major geopolitical crisis is unacceptable. Our room could have been cancelled and rebooked with no financial impact to their business. Beware of their rigid approach, lack of empathy and unwillingness to consider guest circumstances.

Without assistance

We stayed on the first floor overlooking the street and at night, with the other guests passing in the stairwell it was very noisy.
It has no reception on site and check in is automatic. We had difficulties and assistance was neither prompt nor sympathetic. We forgot an item in the apartment at check out, about an hour after leaving we contacted the reception explaining exactly where our item was (hangers at the entrance) asking if they could send it home at our expense, of course they did not respond. The next day I rewrote and they told me they had not found anything... we are not there!

Finger Weg - one big catastrophe.
Very unfriendly and rude personal at reception I have communicated with Person who was difficult. He is arrogant person without any understanding. Guests are just walking money bag. I have ordered apartment at, Janáčkovo nábřeží - Riverside Residence. I have booked apartment but during booking process by accident I have wrongly chosen month May instead intended March. So Simply I have booked apartment for much later as I have needed. I have very politely asked Property to cancel my reservation because it was not intended. Property has still 2 months to rent it so I was thinking this may not be an issue. I have offered also some alternative dates to re-book. Without any success. So they keep repeating that I have booked non refundable rate so it is my problem and I have also lost my money. This is very unusual and in 10 years of booking online 100´s properties it is first time that someone is so unfriendly and rude to me.
