Located on the heart of shopping area, clean and quiet
Very nice location in the middle of shopping area, Worth money, variety of cuisine, food very delicious, friendly staff, clean and quiet room, Mr. Ashraf food and beverage manager is very friendly and helpful offer us a variety of tasty food

I regrets in Nama of Allah!!
Very bad hotel, looks like night club, in fact on ground level in the back there is one, very unsafe area, very bad installation, horrible!! Never ever more!! Don’t go by any means!!
Neighborhood dirty, unsafe, ugly, no food, breakfast looks like a mess on roof! Reception unfriendly!!

Not great
not a great for Family stays. its quite old and facilities are all worn out. Breakfast is bad. service is all extra charge. I do not recommend this to anyone that wants to visit with their family or children.

Comfortable big room, friendly staff and good location
The place is in the heart of Cairo, short distance to restaurants and cafes. The room was quiet big and comfortable and the staff were friendly and prompt.
The hotel, however, need to have more attention to the internet which was not very stable and to the breakfast buffet which may need more varieties in hot food and beverages.

Friendly, helpful, inconvenient location
Very friendly and helpful staff, nice rooftop restaurant, generous breakfast. But location inconvenient, far from nearest metro station. We walked into Downtown from the hotel. This was exciting, especially when crossing larger roads, but would not want to repeat.
