Very convenient
We were warmly welcomed and given all the necessary infos by the owner. The studio No 65 , on the 4th floor, was comfortable, clean, very well equipped and furnished. It has a nice balcony overnight Jean Medecin AVE. It is well soundproofed from the exterior noise. The location is convenient. The WiFi was working well. Overall great value for money.

Excellent structure
I stayed at this property with a friend in August and I can only highly recommend it! The location is great! The apartment is located in one of the busiest and best served streets in the city, a stone's throw from the train station, with tram stops just outside the door and very convenient for reaching the centre. In 15 minutes on foot you are at the beach. It is well equipped and clean. It has a bedroom with bathroom (sink and shower; toilet in a separate, slightly small room) and a living room with kitchenette. Mrs Rachel, who manages the property, was very kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again on another trip to Nice! Excellent value for money.

Very friendly and caring host
Location was great for us as it was close to the central train station for our day trips to nearby towns. This is not a hotel, but a private property. The host waited for us at the door at the designated time window. The home was comfortable with superb host helping with all what we needed.

Amazing location
It’s on Jean Medecin street which is one of the main streets in Nice - only 5 mins from the main station and lots of food shops at your door. I didn’t had to wait much and someone who lived in the same block checked me in. The room was spacious and clean with a kitchen (was surprised there was no coffee but all sorts of spices and stuff) and view from the window was really good however I’d recommend you book a room that has view to Jean Medecin street with a balcony.

Excellent accommodation
Absolutely great studio, everything needed for a stay in Nice. Location very central, close to railway so good for trips out of the city. Bus from airport stops just a couple of minutes walk away. Owners so helpful and friendly.
