Practical, functional and clean
If the exterior of the guest house may seem uncharming (its interior is not much more), it is still very functional, very comfortable and very clean like I have seen little in Georgia for this price. Clean, comfortable room with almost new bathroom. Common areas (kitchen, living room, terrace) pleasant. As a bonus a full breakfast. Nothing wrong.
