They were soooo accommodating and and attentive. The booking staff went above and beyond making my birthday extra special. I got a birthday cupcake and, personalised card and decorations upon entering my room. We were also given drinks vouchers on arrival.
There was only one rude porter when we were checking out. But overall it was a great experience. I'll stay here again if I'm ever in Munich again.

Nothing exceptional
The hotel is quite far from the center in an area where you cannot even take a walk after dinner. The rooms have carpeting. The room where I stayed has a shower that works poorly and the doors have the seal detached, so the water leaks out and the bathroom floods. The toilet paper seems to have been treated with sandpaper, of very poor quality. Among the amenities, the hotel does not provide anything, not even a shower cap. Among the decidedly positive surprises, however, I would like to point out a system that turns on a small light when you get out of bed at night, right under the nightstand so that it does not bother your eyes.
The breakfast is excellent and abundant, and the minibar is also free. In the lobby, there is a large pitcher with water, lemon, mint, and cucumber, very refreshing, available to guests.

Very nice and modern hotel
I always like coming back here because I like the hotel, nice, clean rooms, very good breakfast, and very friendly check-in.
Unfortunately, the hotmiles program no longer exists; I had the highest status there, and the transfer to Windham didn't work out. I still received a very nice upgrade, perhaps because I have been to this hotel so many times; I was very pleased, I will gladly come back.
