A lovely evening with delicious food

Very disappointing, lack of cleanliness
Unfortunately a very disappointing experience. The entire establishment or accommodation appears **very old, worn out, and above all not sufficiently cleaned** .
Already upon entering, we noticed an **unpleasant, musty smell** throughout the building and also in the rooms. The walls were partially heavily soiled and full of stains. The floor also did not make a clean impression; obviously, it was not properly vacuumed or cleaned here before our arrival.
It was particularly unpleasant that we discovered **brownish stains on the bed linen** . The room furnishings are also very dated. There were no screens on the windows and no proper curtains either, which we also found bothersome.
The worst part, however, was the bathroom. The tiles and especially the grout were heavily soiled and partially dark-stained. Additionally, there was hair on the tiles, heavy limescale deposits on the fixtures and showerhead, as well as greenish deposits around the fixtures. Overall, the bathroom made a very unhygienic impression on us.
Of course, we do not expect modern or luxurious furnishings in an older accommodation. However, age and cleanliness are two different things to us. Under these circumstances, we would unfortunately not book the accommodation again and cannot recommend it to others.

A warm home feeling with delicious food
We have stayed with our family at Pilstinger Hof and can only be very positive about our stay. From the first moment we felt extremely welcome. It really gave a home feeling, something you don't find everywhere.
The rooms were very clean, cared for and comfortable, which made the stay extra pleasant. The food deserves a big compliment: very tasty, fresh and prepared with love. Every meal was enjoyable.
The service at the restaurant was excellent: friendly, attentive and always willing to help. We felt constantly at ease and everything we wanted was arranged without any problems.
In short, Pilstinger Hof is a place where hospitality, quality and conviviality come together. We will definitely come back here again and recommend it to everyone.

Stained bedding and noise
There were stains on the linen when we checked in - in both rooms. From the receptionist's behavior it felt like they knew they were cheating us.
In addition there was a kind of party in the lower floor so there was noise and music.
The only positive was good parking conditions. Not worth the money.
