Passing through Bad Aibling
Nice property in a location not far from Bad Aibling, with good value for money.
Our room, attic and located in the annex adjacent to the hotel, was clean and quiet, very spacious and equipped with a balcony.
Breakfast (varied and hearty, although mainly savoury) is served on the ground floor of the same building, while in the main building there is a restaurant serving excellent traditional dishes with normal prices.
The property has ample parking in the courtyard and a lift, while the staff has proved extremely helpful both at reception and during your stay.
The decor, curtains and carpet in the room could use a makeover, but what matters is the substance.

Good, but old.
Employees: Very nice.
Dinner: Very good.
Breakfast: Goes like this (orange juice rather water, choice quite okay)
Cleanliness: -Good.
Hotel itself: Aged and in need of overhaul. Shower rod is suddenly in your hand when adjusting the hand shower. Penetrations yellowed and bracket broken out. Shower seal loose, you have in your hand. No storage for shampoo etc, mirrors and lamps in the IKEA restaurant. Forgot room service on the first day (towels left, beds not made).
Okay for a stay in transit. Review is not up to the staff. Nothing has been done there for a long time. The House would like to see more investment there. It's actually nice.

Excellent hospitality
delightful little town a quarter of an hour from Rosenheim. Very welcoming and knowledgeable staff. Clean and well equipped rooms. Silence and peace. Excellent breakfast and dinner.
Unfortunately, in the two days we were there the heat was very oppressive. Our room was in the attic so the climate was a bit heavy and there were a lot of mosquitoes. But it's definitely not the management's fault! Maybe a fan in the rooms…

Overnight Stay
For a single overnight stay, thats fine . . .
Not much of a breakfast option,
Wifi is rather slow and connection is poor.
Also, water is an issue in the bathroom as well as poor water pressure in the shower.

ONE NIGHT STAY
I stayed here for one night while on a business trip in the area. The accommodation was across the road from the main building which houses the reception area and eating facilities. I had a room on the second floor which was of a good size and clean and tidy. I struggled to get to sleep as I could here loud conversations from I presume the room below and although I was given a pass code for the internet and could see a connection it was impossible to download any data for some reason which was very frustrating. There was ample parking at both the main building and accommodation.
The evening meal was very good as was breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
