Good middle-class!
Gasthaus Krone-Post is one of the stops for holidays in Simonswald. The service is extremely friendly and accommodating. The selection on the menu is varied. Normal waiting time for food orders about 20 minutes. Prices are reasonable. German cuisine awaits you mainly.

Dungeon
Dreadful hotel. No reception unhelpful and rude staff. Room 10 had cracks in the wall, stained carpets & a dungeon like atmosphere. The owner agreed that the room was rubbish but was unwilling to move us. Shower did not main Tain temperature curtains failed to block any light and the rain on the tin roof made for an early start.

Erholung!!!
Wir waren vom 20.9.20-28.9.20 im Hotel Krone -Post ,wir hatten schöne neue sehr saubere Zimmer , wir hatten mit Frühstück gebucht , das Frühstück war sehr gut und ausreichend.Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich eine super nette Familie, auch alle Bedienungen waren sehr freundlich , und vor allem auf Zack . Wir haben auch jeden Abend dort gegessen und waren sehr zufrieden , eine sehr große Auswahl an leckeren Speisen wir wurden sehr Angenehm Überrascht , wir kommen wieder uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Gemoedelijk gasthof.
2 nachten verbleven op een fijne kamer met balkon onder afdak, fijn kan je blijven zitten als het regent. Echte Duitse kaart met ruime keuze en dag aanbiedingen, goede kwaliteit, niet duur. Ontbijt was voldoende ruime keus.

Tipico e in ordine
Abbiamo trascorso tre notti all'hotel Krone-Post. La nostra camera era veramente grande, con scrivania, divano e poltroncina con tavolino basso, minibar e un bel balcone con due sedie e un altro tavolino. Il bagno molto pulito, probabilmente rifatto di recente. Purtroppo il wifi gratuito presente nell'hotel funzionava davvero male, ma essendo in vacanza e non in viaggio di lavoro non era un problema. L'albergo ha a disposizione un parcheggio sull'altro lato della strada e nelle vicinanze c'è un ulteriore parcheggio pubblico gratuito. Nell'albergo c'è anche la possibilità di cenare con piatti tipici tedeschi. Noi abbiamo scelto l'opzione notte e colazione. La colazione è tipica di un albergo tedesco, con ampia scelta tra dolce e salato. L'unica pecca dell'albergo è la posizione sulla strada principale.
