Peace and total relaxation.
Simply perfect! Waking up and going to sleep with the sound of the sea is priceless. The location is perfect for visiting the Mani, a stone's throw from Areopoli and Limeni. Perfect place for those who desire peace and relaxation. Nadia manages the property and the guest's needs in an attentive and meticulous manner. Compliments!! We had a wonderful time!

In the heart of Mani!
I stayed here with my husband .
I strongly recommend Alkyon Seaside Studios for a number of reasons.
In the first place Kalliopi , Dimitris and also the little Odysseus are super nice, caring and welcoming people, they made us feel like at home. Always ready to help or give us tips to visit the places nearby.
Second, the location is stunning, well-kept both in terms of the interior decorations and the space outside with amazing plants that decorate the common spaces below the rocks nearby. There are also a few tavernas nearby . A swimming pool was about to be completed when we visited the place.
The studios, built in the traditional Mani’s stone , are located at the very end of Neo Ithilo Bay, just opposite the famous Limeni’s village. For this reason it was logistically well located, to easily reach the main attractions and villages of this part of Mani.
As for the amenities, the room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, with all the amenities needed, including a small kitchen. The spaces are elegant, comfortable, and brand new.
At night you can hear the sound of the sea that lulls you all night long :)

Holidays in absolute relaxation
Beautiful traditional facilities, with vast sea views and combined with the wonderful traditional flavors of Mrs. Areti, the result is just what is expected: Great!!!Thank you very much this year!!!

Ideal stay!
It was the best week in many years. The hosts were amazing, caring, friendly and Mrs. Areti’s breakfast with homemade local goodies was the best kickstart for the day. The beautiful and super-quiet studios are a home away from home, with the open seaview to write home about. You even have your tiny, hidden dream beach, right next to the premises. The village is small, quaint, with great fish tavernas and right next to the famous Limenî, if you feel like a ‘big night-out’. A go to place in beautiful Mani, for sure. Recommended 100%.

Dreamy view, Clean&comfortable rooms
Alkyon seaside studios is an excellent choice! The room was very clean and comfortable. Every room has an amazing view! Everyday we had a very tasty, homemade breakfast made by local ingredients. The owners are really friendly and helped us a lot.
