Comfort guaranteed!
I was in Kos from 25 September to 29 September and booked my stay here. Room always clean, sheets and towels changed daily. The staff consists of 2 very kind and polite sisters. We personally asked to book a taxi to be able to return by air port and were satisfied in the blink of an eye. Excellent location: 2 minutes from the beaches of Kos Town and 10/15 minutes from the nightlife center (among other things, a scooter rental is also available 2 steps from the property). I can only spend nice words and highly recommend it!!!

Excellent value for money
Hotel a few meters from the beaches of Kos and the center. Excellent solution for those who must embark as it is also located near the port. Simple but clean environment. Good quality of sleep. Owners welcoming and helpful. Recommended

Simple, cheap and clean
Small, clean studio apartment with everything you need for a simple stay in the nightlife of Kos city. We had a sea view and had a good time. Above all it was clean, there was air conditioning, a hairdryer and the fridge was new. Right next to the property there is a supermarket open 24/7 and after the road, the beaches. The price is excellent. The only critical issue was the parking, on the street, not always easy to find.

Spartan, backpacker rooms
Popi studios are located on a busy street in Kos town, one block away from the beach. The owners are accommodating, and eager to please. When I visited on April, only one other room was occupied by a young couple. They said they asked for a little bit of salt, but the owners didn't give them any. During my stay, people came and went; nobody else stayed for more than a night. I had the "deluxe" room with sea view, and even that was spartan, with no comfort to be had. The beds are single-size, rock hard. If joined, a gap remains. Everything is cheap and dingy, albeit clean. The balcony faces East, so it gets some sun in the morning. There is non-stop noise from the street (loud mopeds, cars honking at 3:00AM, etc.) and also from the other guests. The tiled corridors amplify sounds, and the paper-thin walls make you hear everything from your neighbor's room. The water doesn't drain well in the shower, so you stand in your -and preceding guests'- filth. These are utilitarian, backpacker rooms; a rusty hot-plate does not a studio make! Although they are in the bottom price range, I don't think they offer a good value out-of-season. Just 3 days before staying at Popi I stayed at Kosta Palace for only $5 more, and that included an excellent breakfast! I fled from Kosta Palace because of the noise. Unfortunately, noise pollution is almost everywhere, and peace&quiet became a rare commodity.

Highly recommend
Really nice owner! Very friendly and helpful. The lady helped to book a taxi for us from Kos town to airport. They clean the room every day, change bed sheet and towels. Location is great! We have a room with sea view. It is so enjoyable to sit on the balcony with sea in front of us. Highly recommend!
