A real far-away home!
This stylish place offers everything you need to deeply feel the inner peace that you probably search for in Kalamitsi, Lefkada. The people are extremely kind, hospitable and careful. The four rooms are large and crystal-clean, the indoor air is fresh and all the current facilities are provided. Moreover, by following a beautiful montain-rod, between pines and olive-trees, you might get to the great beach of Megali Petra.

Nice location, fair price!
Located in Kalamitsi, 15 minutes near the beach, this location is managed by managed by a Romanian lady. Rooms are very clean, very spacious, with a terrace in front of it. Hot water during the entire day, refrigerator and a small kitchenette and AC. Big trees in front of the building and many flowers. Fair price for this location!

A farr, farr away place
Pros: close to Kathisma beach.
Cons: no wifi! Dark, extremly dark rooms. You have to ask and request to have the room cleaned. The owners shut off the AC while you are gone so when you come back from the beach..free sauna!

ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ ΑΠΑΤΕΩΝΕΣ!
Κλείσαμε δωμάτια και μας ακυρωσαν 5 μερες πριν παμε και εννοειτε δεν μας επεστρεψαν την προκαταβολή που ειχαμε δωσει !!!
ειναι ΑΠΑΤΕΩΝΕΣ!! Κρατανε την μιση προκαταβολή και σε μπλοκαρουν μετα ωστε να μην τους βρεις στο τηλεφωνο!

Tutto è stato tutto un disastro dalla prima all'ultima considerazione.
È stato tutto un vero disastro non consiglierei mai a nessun tipo di viaggiatore soprattutto a chi ha paura di api e scarafaggi.
Appena arrivati su insistenza ci hanno cambiato camera perchè quella da loro proposta era a piano terra e totalmente infestata di qualsiasi tipo di insetto comprese le api.
La soluzione abituale della struttura è solo di riempirvi la camera di insetticida chiudendo balcone e porta.

LE ZANZARIERE NON CI SONO come invece è scritto nella descrizione
Il parcheggio non esiste
Le strade sono scomode e buie
Avevamo scelto la struttura anche perchè nella descrizione parlava di letti lunghi oltre 2 metri ma il mio fidanzato che è poco meno di 2 metri arrivava con la caviglia sulla struttura in legno del letto
per lo staff i disagi sono una cosa normale:Esempi: "La mia fidanzata è in doccia e non c'è acqua calda" risposta "è normale! troppi ospiti fanno la doccia insieme, attendete 15 minuti" ; "le pentole sono inutilizzabili in quanto sporche o bruciate" risposta "è normale, è solo bruciato" ; "Mostriamo la foto di un insetto/scarafaggio che ci ha impedito di dormire fin quando non siamo riusciti ad ucciderlo" risposta "ma è normale!siamo in montagna!" ; "abbiamo trovato la struttura totalmente al buio e non troviamo mai il posto per l'auto" risposta "non capisco, non so..."
