My stay at the hotel gave me a real 5 star experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the food was great and the rooms were beautiful.

Two thumbs up
I've been to Eldoret many times but this was the first stay at Eka. It won't be my last. I can only think of positive things to say about it. From the moment we stepped up to the entrance and entered to the time we left, the staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful. The rooms are nice and clean. The food was tasty and the breakfast buffet quite sumptuous. There was excellent musical entertainment on Friday night. The rooms were clean and nicely appointed. The location is very convenient to shopping and other eateries, and safety seems to be a priority.

Eldoret Business trip, best place to relax in Eldoret
My second trip here and everything lived up to the last time. Very good service, excellent rooms, very good food and ambience. This is the only place to stay in when you value good service and hospitality in Eldoret.
