The location on the lakefront is beautiful! We loved the hotel’s Georgian decor. The coffee was outstanding. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff was ok. Very cold and couldn't be bothered to help with more request when we asked to use sauna, which needs to pay extra to use. The room is in old style room facing lake but very cold. There is not kettle or bottle water. I would not recommend this hotel. Beautiful town but the whole experience was ruined by this hotel.

Terrible parking, no pillows, 1/2 roll of t.p., coffee creamer spoiled, food way overpriced, glass of wine 2 oz, would never stay there again
