They don’t serve breakfast. But there is a Restaurant in the Entrance. Clean Rooms Excellent A/C. Excellent Staff. 10

The location can’t be beat and the staff is wonderful. The pool and common areas are nice.
The shower situation isn’t great, it takes a long time to get hot water and water pressure is poor. I would still stay at this hotel again because everything else was great. But I wanted to mention the shower because I know some people would be annoyed.

Good location but some issues
Hotel location is great in centre of town. This does come be with a certain amount of road noise. Rooms were clean and bed comfortable. Hotel has old world charm.
Step into bathroom is very steep, and dangerous.
There was no hot water for showers either in the evening or morning.

A disaster!
Good situation (single strength)
Hotel on the edge of dilapidation
Indicates that there is parking but in fact it is a private parking not attached to the hotel 5 minutes walk (payable extra). Not convenient with luggage especially as the hotel does not have a minute drop-off.
The hotel is bordering on lack of hygiene,
In particular, the room (310) was not very clean, outdated electrical installations (exposed wires), dubious traces everywhere, joints in the bathroom coarse and retaining dirt and very noisy air conditioning and a smell of sewage.
The air conditioning was noisy I tried to turn it down (impossible because Fan system broke), I had to turn it off and could not sleep given the heat.
At the height of the mediocrity of this hotel where we ate “breakfast included”, we were charged the milk of “coffee with milk”. It's shabby! Two nights of anguish in a hovel.
No breakfast.

I'd give him 3.5, but it's not possible.

-Despite your kindness, employees denied the request for additional towels for no apparent reason
-Our reservation was for two rooms, and we were put on separate tips of the hotel without explanation.
One of the rooms we were given was in a precarious building above the pool. The floor was flooded when entering the room for the first time and the cleaning staff mentioned that this happened during the rains. It was not a comparable room to the original hotel, and was difficult to access considering you have to climb a spiral staircase with luggage. Pool noise can be annoying.
-Little electrical outlet in the room
The pool seemed to have a little murky water.
