I have travelled a lot and I have owned my own bed and breakfast. The friendliness of the check in staff was truly outstanding.

A lot of mosquitoes in the room, the sheets in the bed did not fit the mattress and the pillows are the most uncomfortable to sleep on

Different types of rooms.
We stayed last night and will also stay next night at this hotel in the historic center of Puebla, two blocks from the Zocalo. We had booked an online room without windows, featuring a glass door that opens onto the patio. With a small price difference, they gave us a room on the upper floor with a window overlooking the street and a king-size bed. The room is therefore isolated and particularly quiet. Our rate includes breakfast to be enjoyed on the terrace on the fourth floor with a view of the rooftops of Puebla. The comfortable bed ensured excellent sleep quality. The truly negative aspect that needs to be reviewed about the facility is the wifi, which works poorly in the rooms; it only works decently at the reception.
