Wouldn’t go again

No towels, no toilet paper, no soap. The toilet is in the shower room so if someone has just had a shower everything is wet. Plaster coming off the bedroom walls. No heating or aircon so very cold at this time of year. I was charged an extra £17 local tax despite the advert saying taxes are included.
