Very nice.
Riad cool the gentleman was very nice and breakfast was too good especially tea
Unfortunately it is grave misplaced because it was at the top owed the medina, every day we had to walk 30 minutes to get to the middle of the medina but other than that it was at the top of the top

Great family holiday
I am surprised by some negative reviews. Our experience at Riad Alwane was quite the opposite: the place is charming, clean and well maintained, the staff is very kind, always ready to help, and the heated pool is very nice. Riad ALWANE is perfectly located for visiting Marrakech. We were delighted with our stay and recommend this place without hesitation.

Scam
To flee, dirty riad, bed really small , tourist tax asked at the entrance, false photo, we left the first hour , handle badly honest no refund everything is said in the other comments.

Fab riad on the outskirts of the souls
What a super find! Yes, it’s a bit ‘out of the main square’ but you get to experience the real Marrakesh and see locals. The riad workers were lovely, always polite and very helpful. Very clean room and breakfast was super. For the price, I think it was fabulous value and can not recommend them enough. I understand what others are saying about it being in a location that a taxi can not squeeze down to but the staff came to meet us and took our bags to our room, I couldn’t have been happier. The riad is situated about 10-15 minutes walk from Ben Yousef and has lots of different shops along the way to keep you entertained.
