Superb experience at the Riad with top-notch staff.
What can I say? I spent 4 nights there. Upon our arrival, we were welcomed with mint tea and pastries. The place is incredibly beautiful. The employees Ibrahim and Muhammed were very attentive.
We were able to have breakfast 2 mornings, but with the excursions, we left too early. Ibrahim and Muhammed even offered to prepare it for us to take away, but we did not want to disturb the staff. It was a very touching gesture.
The breakfast was delicious, the waitress very cheerful, and the terrace was decorated with care. The room was adequate, cleaned every day.
On the last day, when our taxi dropped us off, we were advised about an app. We then booked another taxi. When we went down at 3:30 in the morning, Muhammed was also looking for a taxi for us. What kindness, honestly!!!
Ibrahim also offered us the possibility of excursions. Moreover, upon our welcome, he provided us with a map and pointed out the places to visit. I can only recommend this hotel. The staff is very warm and attentive.
Thank you! If I were to return, I would not hesitate any longer; it would be my second home.

Highly recommended
My stay at Riyad Hafsa and Spa was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The riad is perfectly located in the heart of Marrakech, with easy access to the Medina, Jemaa el-Fnaa, and many local attractions, making it an ideal base for exploring the city.
What truly made this experience exceptional was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. I would especially like to thank Mohammed, Idris, Adam, and Anas. They were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their level of care and attention went far beyond what I expected.
Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, they were eager to help and always made me feel comfortable. They even helped me pack my belongings properly before my departure, which was a thoughtful gesture that I greatly appreciated. They consistently encouraged me to ask them whenever I needed anything and made sure I was well taken care of throughout my stay.
One moment that really stood out was when I had to leave very early one morning, before breakfast service had even started. Before I could even ask, they had already prepared coffee for me and told me they had arranged it knowing I would be leaving early. This level of kindness and attention to detail is rare and shows how much they genuinely care about their guests.
The riad itself is beautiful, comfortable, and peaceful, but it is the people who make it truly special. Thank you to Mohammed, Idris, Adam, Anas, and the manager for making my stay so memorable. I highly recommend Riyad Hafsa and Spa to anyone visiting Marrakech and I would gladly stay here again.

Great little hotel (Riad) in centre of old town. Best staff ever. Thanks guys
Traditional Riad in the center of Marrakesh. We are mobility impaired and have dietry requirement (Gluten and Lactose) Lovely staff made extreme efforts to assist and we had an amazing time. The area is very old and rough. Nothing to look at from outside and not somewhere for kids. Rooms were basic but very clean and had ensuite. Resturant is on top (3rd) floor - but ace staff brought our food down so we could eat on ground floor. Food was fantastic with Tagines highly recommended! Our forst time in Morocco and the staff made the trip brilliant.
