We had a great time at Itrane Riad; the staff was very kind and supportive; Maroon and the other guy, I cannot remember his name; were great guys, they were very kind and nice; they did our stay extraordinary.

The Riad with everything
How lucky we were to find this special gem in the Medina. It is very easy to locate among the maze of tiny alleys, once your are oriented. Only three alleys from the main square Jemaa el-Fna. Dozens of restaurants withing easy walking distance. We booked the Urantia Magestic Suite which was on the upper floor. There was a private staircase to the rooftop breakfast café. This suite had plenty of privacy from the other guests and was vary quiet. The property is really beautiful and authentic. The staff could not be more helpful. We loved that there was a full-service Hammam in the lower level of the Riad. The services were excellent (I wish I had such a service in my hometown) and it was a pleasure to walk from our suite to the Hammam in our robe without having to navigate to another location in the crazy Medina. Some tips for other travelers- 1) Book your airport transfer directly with the Riad staff. They will send an associate to meet you at the nearest parking area (which is not that close) they will transport your luggage and guide you directly to the door (which is very non-descript). 2) You can request your breakfast be served to you as early as you need, the night before. Breakfast on the rooftop is not until 8:30am. If you have a 9am tour, you will be rushed. If you like to have coffee in your room before breakfast the staff will make it for you at the time you request. The internet and air conditioning were excellent.

Traditional Riad in perfect location for visiting the sights
Riad was perfectly positioned down quiet street but still very central for all sights
Staff were welcoming and friendly. They accommodated our request for dinner even though we arrived late (10pm) - the food that night was delicious!
Lovely room on top floor (Sirus ) - great for breakfast!
Really clean and lovely fresh towels each day
Price per night seemed reasonable for standard of accommodation and breakfast
We would definitely stay here again

Hotel Itrane is absolutely divine! The staff, the accommodations and the location cannot be beat! Riad Itrane is a beautifully appointed quite oasis right off the main shopping area where guests can shop and find a a variety of restaurants and cafes to choose from. The spa services were amazing and if you’re interested in trying your hand at cooking a traditional Moroccan dish, Riad Itrane can assist with booking a hands on cooking experience. I. Ant say enough nice things about Riad Itrane and I hope to be back again soon for another visit.

Superb Marrakech Oasis
Simply outstanding. Manon and her team at Riad Itrane have created a true oasis for guests - an extremely high quality boutique hotel, with fabulous food within an architectural gem. Cannot imagine a better overall option for enjoying a few days within the centre of Marrakech. Conveniently located only 5 minutes walk along busy laneways from main square (where most city, cultural, food etc. tours commence), this is a haven of peace and tranquility to enjoy between forays into the souk and walkways of Marrakech. Perfect base for also walking independently through souk and visiting the various cultural sites within the old city. Manon can arrange secure transportation to/from airport, making for a seamless arrival/departure process and was extremely responsive via WhatsApp when making arrangements before and during our visit. We chose Riad Itrane from the myriad other options because of a friend's recommendation and could not have been happier that we did!
