Bad hotel not to visit in Marrakech
Zero Service, Noise BCP, Catastrophic Welcoming ⛔ Agents lack communication skills. Frankly not to recommend as the prison rooms are better than this one.

Good location, cheap and clean.
The truth is that I was pleasantly surprised. After the reviews we were afraid, even though a Moroccan friend had gone to see it.
It is a simple Riad, but it was clean (except for one room, since they made a mistake or so they say upon arrival). They received us at 5 in the morning, we were missing 2 rooms but they immediately solved the problem until 10 when the occupied ones were emptied.
They gave us all the blankets we asked for, as well as towels. The riad was completely for us (there were 25 of us).
We took the keys and no one entered our room.
It is true that the light inside was quite dim. And the bathrooms in some rooms were the toilet and the shower, little more. But for what we paid, and for what we wanted, enough and to spare.
It has a terrace area but we didn't have time to use it.
It is next to the square. Excellent location.
Call to negotiate a good price.

Great!
Very quiet and secure riad, 5 minutes from Jemaa el Fna square,
I spent 5 nights there, I appreciated the family atmosphere and the friendliness of the service. The rooms are very clean, the traditional decor is very pleasant.

Different opinion
I read the other comments. And on the other hand the room was clean sheets, towels, toilets, everything is clean. Of course it's not something luxury but for the price it's reasonable. Is very calm. I think it's renovated
