Beautiful Country with kind people
The staff at the Hilton Windhoek have been nothing but kind and welcoming. I love that my first experience of this country was at this location.
Even the security were all so kind.
Please check out the breathtaking view at the top bar. And the top bar staff, Dackly, Veva, and Silas created an incredible ambiance.
Great music and food/drinks were amazing.
There’s a calming feeling being here.

Excellent hotel, great service, ideal location
Spent two weeks here. Namibia is a beautiful country, with beautiful people and Hilton Windhoek is the best place to enjoy Windhoek. The front desk staff, Caroline, Delano, Hima, and Endeline, warmly welcomed me as soon as i stepped in. They were very helpful throughout including to solve a little hiccup with an extra I had paid cash which turned up on my final bill. But the overall service is good. The location is ideal, the breakfast excellent for quality and quantity. My only negative remark is room service. They cannot come at 330 or 4 pm. rooms are supposed to be made up in the morning

Hotel in the city centre
The hotel is located in the city centre within walking distance of the main attractions. It's a better 40-minute taxi ride from the airport. The staff is friendly and professional. Rooms with a veranda where you have sunbeds and can sunbathe are particularly nice. The last floor has a beautiful lounge, bar, swimming pool and fitness. In the evening, wonderful views of the city. Breakfast is full. We especially want to note the two-storey lounge with a delicious dinner and a wide selection of drinks. The hotel is suitable for both work and launching pad for exploring Namibian nature. I recommend it.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and patient with this tired traveller. The premises were spotless, the food was wonderful and I'm really running out of superlatives. This was exactly the stay I needed.
