My staying at Ikon apartments
My suggestion for improvements are about the TV channels, which a very limited and not very good for those with kids and for those who like watching entertainment, and the numbers of the reception need to be more available, since that according to what I've experienced, my calls were never answered by the reception number.

Nice , cozy and convenient
Found the place to be very modern , central and well looked after.
No major issues. Staff was friendly and attentive.
Big Mall close by and a few restaurants in the area.
The WiFi worked well and the in-room Amenities like the washing machine and dish washer were all in good condition

Home away from home!
Every time that I go to Windhoek, which is very often, I stay at the Ikon Apartments. They are located in a good place, close to the Merua Mall, they are clean, well kept and pleasantly furnished and well equipped. They are definitely value for money. Kyra is very helpful, friendly and efficient. My expiebces have been very positive and hence that is why I opt to stay at Ikon Apartments all the time!

Very good value for money
This place has been very nice, safe and convenient for us. It is also just 5 minutes away from the nearest mall.
There is 24 hour Cctv monitoring, the furniture and equipment is very well maintained and modern.
I will definitely be back.

Very nice apartment
Modern apartment with fully equipped kitchen, including microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a safe, iron and free wifi. The apartment hotel is close to the centre and a mall. Good self catering option.
