This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that a valid photo ID and credit card are required on arrival. The credit card is required on arrival for which a pre-authorization will be required to cover any incidental charges. Alternatively, a cash or Eftpos deposit/bond with a minimum of NZD $200 per room for the 1st and 2nd night and an additional NZD $100 for the succeeding nights will be required as a bond in addition to the total cost of your accommodation charges. This bond will be returned to you on departure. Please note that a valid photo ID (A NZ drivers license, a valid foreign/local passport or a 18+ card only) is required upon check in. You can request your preferred bedding configuration in the Special Request Box at the time of booking. Please note that the bedding configuration is not guaranteed and will be confirmed upon arrival, subject to availability. Please note that parking must be reserved and is subject to availability. To reserve parking, please contact the hotel using the details found on the booking confirmation. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in.
