服務人員很親切，晚餐菜色豐富，早餐普通，枕頭是羽絨枕二顆，睡不習慣，健身房算大間，使用的人不多，屬於中規中矩的舊五星飯店

整體服務非常完美，服務人員都很親切積極，可惜的是雖然是五星級飯店，但整體設施偏老舊，尤其是一樓大廳的廁所，沖水相當不足，洗手台也是老舊的水管。
樓層有股霉味，房間的枕頭過軟，房間大以及鄰近SM是最大的優點

性價比滿高的飯店，在SM MALL旁購物很便利(B1超市很好逛），飯店旁有小路直達，有天橋遮蔽不怕下雨，唯一美中不足的是游泳池，其中一個氣泡spa池有個洞吸力很強，靠近後很容易被吸住，我跟我先生因為都因為這樣受傷黑青，如果是小孩碰到應該更危險，希望能改善。

離宿霧市中心近，房間大，服務好，附近有百貨公司，對於喜歡在大熱天泡在百貨的人適合，飯店一樓有漂亮的泳池。

很老舊的飯店，旁邊雖然有mall，但整體感覺不佳，花這個費用覺得很不值得！
