Terrible! I will not go back there. Service is really not pleasant, and so unprofessional! I am an athlete went from tournament, imagive I got all my things inside the room and got locked up key (intentionally) due to the counter forgot securith deposit.. I got sick and catched cold due to no clothing not until they’ve opend the room door…😡

So nice to stay at the Shore staycation. Very simple and the amenities is really necessary in times of need. Near at MOA riding the jeep had some fun because there's no kind of that transportation in Japan.

SHORE 1 TOWER C1 UNIT #0997C (PAKIIWASAN!!!!)
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!
Nag-book para less hassle pero stress kami buong stay?!!!
First, thru chats pa lang nag a-ask na ako kung ano need ipresent upon check in pero di nila sinabi na need andon yung actual person para malagay sa list! Nanghingi rin sila ng pics ng valid id namin thru email pero di pa rin na-counted yung kasama namin. Imagine, nagbook ka para sa 4pax (tho, 3pax lang kami) pero 2 person lang nakapasok kasi etong si host hindi nga sinabi na ganun ang rules samantalang kahit sa actual nagbigay kami ng digital id nung friend namin. Ang gusto niya mangyari ilusot na lang namin friend namin kahit kasama naman sa bayad??? Ang ending after event 9PM na kami nakapasok nung isa kong friend (hindi pa rin nakapasok yung isa, so no choice need ko pa ulit magbook para sa kaniya kasi nga pagod na kami) I tried reaching out the host pero hindi sinasagot sa calls ko and nagpatay pa ng phone so hanggang sa makacheckout kami wala kaming narinig sa kanya!!!
Second, walang connection yung wifi so di namin nagamit yung TV (yun lang meron sa unit wala man lang ibang pwedeng pagkaabalahan) wala rin signal yung phones namin kahit data, ang hina pa nung aircon!!!!
Third, plano rin namin mag swimming so sinunod namin yung nakalagay sa email na need ng advance information so etong si host hiningan kami ng bayad 150 each for 3 pax (kasama na sa list yung isa kong friend na hindi nakapasok ng unit) we're excited to access sa pool todo outfit na rin kami then pagbaba namin pinapunta kami admin for approval, and guess what??? hindi raw valid ang soa since may billing na??? and ang advise samin need magbayad and irefund na lang sa host yung advance payment for pool pero wala pa rin kaming nakuhang sagot sa host, sa sobrang inis at stress we decided na lang na bumalik sa unit namin at mag hintay ng checkout time kasi nawalan na kaming gana sa buong stay namin.
TO YOU MS. GENEVIEVE LEE, SALAMAT SA WORST EXPERIENCE NA HINDI NAMIN MAKAKALIMUTAN!!!! SALAMAT SA HINDI PAGSAGOT SA CALLS NAMIN KAHIT NAMO-MROBLEMA NA KAMI AT TALAGANG NAGPATAY KA PA NG PHONES OR NAKA-BLOCK NA ATA AKO DIYAN!!!!! NAGHIHINTAY PA RIN AKO NG REFUND PARA SA POOL ACCESS NA DI NAMIN NAGAMIT KASI AYOKO NANG MADAGDAGAN PA YUNG NILABAS KONG PERA PARA SA STRESS NA BINIGAY MO SAMIN NG FRIEND KO!!!!!!

Well,the place wasn't bad, but the room is dirty. The sink,the lavatory,and even the water kettle have noodles left over inside.Smell of cigarette once you enter the room.

The location is good, but the rest was disappointing. There was no television, despite my booking confirmation stating otherwise. The advertised Wi-Fi was unusable, requiring a subscription account for portal login. I've been unable to reach the owner/agent and have had no Wi-Fi throughout my stay. The place was also unclean, with dust and cobwebs. Furthermore, my non-smoking room smelled strongly of cigarettes upon arrival. I'm very disappointed with this experience.
