This friendly, modern hotel is located in the commercial heart of Badajoz, just a short walk from the city’s most popular sights and shopping streets. The Condedu lies in the centre of one of the main cities of Spain’s rural Extremadura region.

It's a good location for a quick stay and simple accomodations.

So so disappointed
Really really disappointed with the accommodation given whilst staying here with a large party from all over the world for Carnaval .
Room 311- I opened the door to the overpowering smell of stale cigarette smoke. I kept the windows open for the 6 nights but couldn’t get rid of the stink. It permeated everything.
Then unpacking- no cupboard for clothes. Just an IKEA rack with 4 plastic coat hangers.
The two chairs on plastic covered in cigarette burns, the other all ripped . A Formica piece of damaged board was the “table” . Stark white walls and see through curtain.
The shower worked well but the drain was all damaged.
The bed although smelly was comfortable and towels good .
I paid €336 , the same as everyone else.
I also showed reception the photos I am posting on check out. No apology or discount given. Now checking into Air apartment up the road.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE
We arrived, and the service was not idyllic; the girl at reception was quite rude. We had called 10 minutes before arriving, and the service left much to be desired. To make matters worse, we had to leave our IDs at reception all night, and the next day, after insisting several times and half an hour later, we heard a voice shouting, "ONE MOMENT!!!" The rooms were not idyllic either, old bathrooms that made you not want to step in without sandals. We will not repeat nor will we remember it.

Hotel convenient for town centre. Room rather dated. Stiff roller door to bathroom. Wetroom floor awkward when using basin.

Budget, central and attentive staff, but noisy hotel.
This hotel is a cozy and well equipped accommodation, located in the commercial heart of the city, close to the main monuments and shopping streets. Its location makes it ideal for exploring the historic center of Badajoz..
Another point that would stand out is its value for money, since for 40 € I got a room and for only 10 € a parking space that is in the same hotel (which is very grateful as it is located inside the old town of Badajoz). Although this is a double-edged weapon because precisely because it is a budget accommodation here are housed, as was in my case, groups of young people who were on a bachelor party so sleep cost a little. Not by the hotel, I repeat again, as the rooms are comfortable and very well equipped, but by the guests. On the contrary, one aspect to improve would be to improve the sound insulation of the rooms. It also offers free Wi-Fi, a 24-hour front desk and a bar.
Recommended if you want a simple and economical accommodation in the center of Badajoz.
