Very bad experience. Poor management, neglected maintenance, and abuse of the customer's good faith.
A bad experience. Avoid it!
The apartment management is done remotely, through an app.
They charge you the €100 deposit in advance. Bad.
Then they set the trap:
double penalty and surcharge (€200) claiming that you have broken equipment and dirtied their old and worn-out rug. A scandal, since those damages were already there before your check-in. A scandal.
Furthermore, they have charged me a surcharge for an alleged stay in December 2025. I did not stay there in 2025!
I will not return to that place due to its lack of transparency, poor management, and customer abuse. A disgrace.
