The Hotel Sicania is located on the very first line of the Racó de Cullera Beach and has its own windsurfing school. It has 116 rooms, all of them with balconies, private bathrooms, recently equipped and renovated.

perfect location and a very good price-performance ratio
Although it is an older hotel, it scores points for its perfect location directly on the beach and promenade. The half board we booked was sufficient and delicious. Rooms are functional but very clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The Consum grocery store is within walking distance.

Improve with very little!
Good morning. As always, we thank you for your kindness, friendliness, and privileged location.
This year, we changed the room type and I have to say that we were surprised that there was no refrigerator and that if we wanted one, it was optional for a price of 6 euros/day. As regular guests, we would not want special treatment, but in the middle of July, the heat and the need, at least for the elderly and children, to have cold water in the rooms leads me to write this negative review. Having a refrigerator in every room is not asking for much.
Additionally, I would also like to comment on the safe, which is the same; it is a service that costs extra, and I believe that including this service would not cost you anything and is an improvement to be able to be at ease with valuable personal belongings.
I hope you can consider these two small things in the future that make the difference between one hotel and another.

Satisfaction
We were very satisfied, especially with the friendliness of the service staff and the cleanliness throughout the house. The direct proximity to the beach is very nice, as is the chaos of the private swimming pool.

Disappointing
Tired and shabby. A 1970s hotel with an abandoned look when you enter the rooms. The restaurant and reception area if you have seen an improvement in recent years, but the rooms leave much to be desired. The furniture is the kind you would find next to a container after emptying the floor of a deceased relative (and the beds... well!). Door plywood sheets are in poor condition. The walls are made of cigarette paper and if you have a crying child or a talkative individual next to you, then be prepared to get little sleep. I recommend wax stoppers. Nor is the lighting in the bathroom right for grooming and makeup. I would say that spending a long stay here would not be very pleasant. Yet another, which is common in Spain, is the indifferent treatment by employees at reception (they perform their function strictly regarding the logistics of signing clients, but without looking you in the eye or even with a smile).
